Here a related Bill Harris personal message to me:

"Dear Mike - ...

I live in Americus, GA, home of Habitat for Humanity International and am very involved as a volunteer. I met Father Greg while in San Lucas Toliman building houses for coffee farmers and that experience led me to start Cafe Campesino.

Next year, I will be involved in a large Guatemala building project with Cynthia Kersey, author of Unstoppable http://www.unstoppable.net . Cynthia and I are taking a group of 20 to Nepal this year to build houses. http://www.habitat.org/gv/unstoppable.html (dead link 2002) She does the fundraising and PR, I handle the logistics, team selection and Nepal organizing.

As mentioned, next year we shift to Guatemala. Might you want to get involved in next years project? We plan to raise enough funds to build at least 100 homes - would love to find Silicon Valley connections that want to help.

Thanks a bunch and thanks for staying in touch. take care,
